Our story

Share Your Bread with the Hungry One is a practical ministry serving people whose lives have been disrupted by war, poverty, illness, and isolation. Pastor Oleksandr Ilash and team are close to the communities they serve, carrying food, prayer, counsel, and steady presence to neighbors who need to know they have not been forgotten.

The work spans children's ministry, elderly care, feeding programs, and water well projects. Some days that means a hot meal in the city. Other days it means visiting elderly neighbors who were left behind, gathering children for a safe hour of teaching and food, or helping a settlement move from rainwater toward clean water.

Since 2022, we have served families displaced and broken by the war — refugees, elderly left behind, children who have lost parents, and entire settlements that lost their water and their roofs. Every loaf of bread, every well drilled, every visit carries the same hope: that no one is forgotten.
